Our Story
Independent NDIS Support Coordination in Echuca and Moama
Rooted in community. Driven by purpose.
Thrive Advocacy & Support Coordination provides independent, person-centred NDIS support coordination for plan-managed and self-managed participants across Echuca, Moama and surrounding regional communities. We help participants understand their plans, explore suitable services and make informed decisions about their supports.
Why Thrive Exists
Thrive was founded from a deep personal connection to the disability community and a recognition that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming, confusing and isolating, especially without the right support.
Our founder, Akosua Jonah, has spent years working within the disability sector and seen firsthand how the right support coordinator can make a real difference to a participant's experience, turning confusion into clarity and barriers into progress.
We established Thrive to be the kind of support coordination service we always wished existed: independent, compassionate, responsive and genuinely invested in the people we work with.
We take the time to listen, explain options clearly and work alongside each participant at their own pace. Our role is not to make decisions for participants, but to help them understand their choices, connect with suitable services and build confidence in directing their own supports.
Our Purpose
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide responsive, person-centred NDIS support coordination that helps participants understand their plans, exercise choice and control, connect with suitable services and work towards meaningful goals.
We support plan-managed and self-managed participants across Echuca, Moama and surrounding regional communities through clear communication, local knowledge and a strong commitment to dignity, inclusion and independence.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Person-Centred
Every decision we make starts with you. We listen, respect your choices and tailor our support to your individual goals and circumstances.
Integrity
We operate with transparency and honesty. We are independent of service providers and our focus is entirely on the people we support.
Empowerment
We aim to build your confidence and capacity over time, not just coordinate your supports. Growing your independence is central to how we work.
Compassion
We approach every interaction with warmth, patience and genuine care. We understand that behind every NDIS plan is a real person with real hopes.
Responsiveness
We show up when it matters. Prompt communication and reliable follow-through are a core part of how we work.
Community
We are proud to be part of the Echuca and Moama community. We understand the local landscape and the needs of regional participants.
